Barbara Neal

Vance’s daughter, Barbara S. Neal, began working in Vance’s office in August 1996. Barbara received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Butler County Community College. She has completed courses through Kaplan University. Barbara is a notary and has her series 7, 63 and 65 registrations held with LPL Financial. She serves as office administrator and is also a financial representative with LPL Financial. She enjoys beach time and pool time in Florida for relaxation.
